for the Across The Seas figurines:
- The Retailer display (CRT234) is a two shelf molded plastic (light weight) curved displayer with a world globe foamcore background. The front of the shelves and the outside edge of the background are decorated with international flags (some even from countries that didn't get a teddie in this set). The sales pitch in bold red is "Across The Seas With Cherished Teddies" with the following blue description of the set "Your Passport To Fun And Adventure Begins In The United States With BOB, Who Will Lead You On A Beary Great Adventure To Countries Near And Far!"

- This consumer display shelf unit (#281506) was offered briefly in 1996-7. Production was limited. The unit stands 24 inches high and is 12 inches wide. The maple finish sets off a world globe printed background showing the "Across The Seas With Cherished Teddies" logo on the top arch. A darling mini-pilot in his plane is spring mounted on the top (in front of the top arch). It is one of the most charming and elaborate of the Cherished Teddies shelf units.
